The Account Executive (AE) will close new business by managing a high-volume pipeline of prospects. You’ll need to generate new opportunities, close meetings with inbound leads, run effective sales calls and close enterprise customers in B2B SaaS.

The AE will conduct demonstrations for and build relationships with senior executives at our target companies. The successful candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical and tenacious, and can effectively interact with a team. This position has advancement potential within the sales organization, and the compensation package includes an uncapped commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified meetings for yourself
  • Effectively manage a high-volume of inbound leads
  • Demonstrate the value of PerformYard in sales calls
  • Strategize with other top-producing sales reps and leadership
  • Efficiently manage long-term relationships with prospect companies
  • Empathize with leads and help them overcome their challenges
  • Manage a large pipeline of interested organizations
  • Leverage CRM tools and sales automation to constantly make yourself more efficient


  • A commanding desire to learn and succeed in tech sales
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • 1+ years in a closing role
  • Candidates should have one of the following: software/saas experience, sales experience or other related business experience
  • The ability to write crisp emails and present with a great phone presence
  • Knowledge of any of the following industry sectors a plus: Enterprise SaaS, HR, Talent Mgmt
